I had a great morning in the Beaulieu Estate woods meeting some of the eleven students from Priestlands School in Lymington and Noadswood_Sch on The Waterside for a woodsman’s breakfast. The students are on a 2-year vocational woodland management course funded by Olivia Inspires that offers the opportunity of access to a land-based college course . All the students I spoke to who are on the 2nd year of their course want to go to Sparsholt College or go to Brockenhurst College and follow a course leading to a future green career. Thanks to Lord Montagu and his Beaulieu Estate workers for allowing the use of his land.
